A number of peace groups - including the Fellowship of Reconciliation, Pax Christi, Peace Pledge Union, Peace News, Quaker Peace and Social Witness, Women's International League for Peace and Freedom have joined to give voice to the often ignored voices of WW1 conscientious objectors and their supporters and to remember all those men and women who campaigned against that war.

The Peace Pledge Union has launched a new project Objecting to War designed to reclaim the lost voices of WW1 conscientious objectors. With the support of the Heritage Lottery Fund we are please to announce the appointment of a project worker to take this work forward.
