EUCLID TESLA VOLTAIRE THURSBY 1893 - ?-

support

Euclid was sentenced to 1 year hard labour in June 1916 and spent this time in a number of prisons finally ending up in the Home Office Scheme in Wakefield Prison.

After the war he didn't return to weaving (possibly because he was black-listed because for being a CO). He became caretaker for the old Nelson Grammar School in Market Street and later the new Grammar school on Walton Lane.
